How It Works

Consultation Invitation
After you have completed my contact form. You will receive an email from me inviting you to schedule your intro call.

Introduction Call
During your intro call with me, we will discuss:
- your design choice
- your client preparation
- your preferred design dates
- whether we are a good fit.
I will also send you a contract to sign and an invoice for the deposit to secure your design date. - 03
Design Stage
After we finalise your design choice, and have received your deposit and completed client preparation, I will start building your website during your secured design dates.
For your website development to commence as scheduled, all your client prep needs to be sent at least one week before your design start date. - 04
Website Feedback & Testing
This is where it gets exciting! I will send you a fully working, staged version of your website for you to test and provide feedback on.

Launch Day!
Once you are happy with your website, it's launch day! This will be around four weeks from your initial design date.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance
I offer continuous support and updates post-launch to keep your site running smoothly. Email me any-time with any support or edit requests.

After we finalise your design choice, and I have received your deposit and completed client preparation, I will start building your website during your secured design dates. This will be a four-week window in which I develop and test your new website.
Set-Up Fees
I charge a 50% development fee deposit up-front to secure your design dates. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, plus payment for any optional extras you may have added.

Foundation - £30.99/month paid annually
Growth - £50.99/month
Custom - £99.99/month
For more information on pricing please visit my pricing page.If deadlines are missed, the project may need to be rescheduled. Any delays could impact other projects. A project re-start fee will apply to cover the time I’ve set aside for you. To avoid delays, please ensure that your logo, images and copy are ready before booking.
If you're writing your own copy, I’ll provide access to my Content Planner resources with helpful tips for creating effective web copy. Alternatively, I recommend hiring a copywriter.
I can refer you to a professional photographer. If that’s not an option, you can use carefully selected stock photography, I recommend using Unsplash. You can also take your own photos, but they need to be high quality (at least 1080px) to align with the quality of your website.
I don't use site builders such as Wix, Wordpress or Squarespace. All of my websites are 100% hand-coded. This makes for a faster performance.

Additional pages can be purchased as an optional add-on for my Growth and Custom packages.
